Nate’s parents are headed to Rome at 15:00 so we checked out of the hotel and grabbed one last meal together before we parted ways until we met back up in Amsterdam to go home. Once we said our goodbyes Nate and I walked a couple miles to our hostel to check in. Our hostel was massive and in a completely different part of town. A lot more local and quiet, it was really nice. We checked in and the desk attendant told us there would be a Halloween party at 21:00 and a party bus to the club around midnight for 4 euro. Definitely something we were trying to do.

In the meantime Nate and I saw the beach was a couple miles in a different direction and we hadn’t seen the beach in Barcelona yet so we decided we’d walk down, hangout for a bit and then get some food and get ready to go out. The beach was dumb. It looked like how I picture Miami, massive hotels, and a bunch of nightclubs and restaurants right on the beach. It was insane. We were excited to go out after seeing these clubs we were going to be going to.

We went to the Halloween party and people only were really dressed up if they were American so it was pretty funny. Then a worker brought out some face paint and a bunch of people got in on that because the club was Halloween themed that night too. We were drinking and meeting people at the hostel bar and the staff made spodie for everyone for free and it was strong! We had a few cups of that and polished off the vodka Nate’s parents bought the night before.

We got on the party bus maybe 50 deep around 00:30. Once we got there it was still kinda dead. But they were playing good music so everyone was dancing and having a good time and then all of a sudden without realizing it the place was packed. It was a two story club called Catwalk and it was a good time. Nate wasn’t feelin too well so we ended up leavin about 2:45. Then all of a sudden the clocks change time and I get so confused but just realize it was probably daylight savings time. We walked back to the hostel instead of takin a cab to get some air and then just ended up goin straight to sleep.
